A 377-bed, not-for-profit facility, Providence Holy Cross Medical Center provides inpatient and outpatient health services to the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valley communities. These services include a state-of-the-art cancer center, heart center, orthopedics, neurosciences and rehabilitation services, women's and children's services, and a Level II Trauma Center.

Epic’s Role

Epic provided oversight on numerous contracts in which we

• Performed an intensive review of relevant documentation, including contracts, design drawings, schedules, specifications, and cost estimates
• Documented findings and recommendations in detailed reports presented to clients
• Identified serious flaws in the overall program schedule and recommended possible improvements
• Conducted analyses of interfacing contracts to verify alignment of schedule to key contract
• Analyzed labor availability for potential impact on schedule
• Verified technical correctness of schedule logic to determine if timeline of critical path key activities could be met
