Epic’s Role

Epic is supporting the construction team providing scheduling and services to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles construction management that include

• Reviewing and commenting on contractor’s baseline schedule
• Performing project oversight and updates
• Preparing progress and action reports
• Forecast completion dates
• Participating in weekly progress meetings
• Preparing findings to develop mitigation strategies to ameliorate construction delays

Epic works with all project partners to ensure positive project flow, from completion to signoff while minimizing interference with day-to-day Children’s Hospital Los Angeles functions and operations.

Also, Epic works to align overall team support, as-needed, to ensure efficient and effective project achievement goals are met on-time and within cost guidelines.
